Scandic Hamburg Emporio

The tv didn’t work and informed it in the reception and they didn’t offer us a new room. Breakfast was very poor and low quality. Dry bread and warm juice etc.

The mattress in my room was like sleeping in a water bed. It was not comfortable at all. However, I understand that some people like memory foam but I like a firm mattress. Apart from everything else was excellent

Excellent hotel. 1 minute walk to underground train station, 10 minute walk to Town Hall. Lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would definitely use again.

Needed to leave the hotel as the beds were terribly soft and I have a back illness, they refused to give me a refund

Very modern hotel in a central location. We would come back without a doubt. Parking is limited and expensive in the area. Calculate another 30 EUR per night.

It is a fresh hotel with spacy rooms. It is situated in a quiet area, in a walking distance from the city center, like ten minutes from the Rathaus. It was an effeciant check-in with a friendly and informative staff. Everything was working in the rooms and it was nice and clean with comfortable beds.

Only stayed one night. It’s expensive...city prices. Very comfortable beds Lovely hot power shower. Breakfast was very busy, come early perhaps? I would stay again,but not at the price I had to pay.
