Great spot! Went out for a nice dinner and came back to have a glass of wine on the amazing deck. Place has a ton of character. We will be back!

Good price great staff. Mattress was in need of replacement and loud nearby construction early in the morning.

The location and the rooftop patio are wonderful. However, the bed was lumpy and the door lock was broken.

Due to covid our flights were cancelled, and there was no way for us to get to this hotel. I called the property to let them know this, and asked if they would be willing to refund our room (which we knew had been booked as non-refundable). They said no. I understand that business is probably suffering because of covid and I don’t hold anything against them, but it would have been nice of them to allow us to at least change our reservation (considering circumstances beyond our control). When we visit Charlottetown in the future we will not be booking here. It’s unfortunate because it looks like it would be quite nice.

We loved the stay! All but the bed.....pretty big dip in the ol' middle created a back problem for my guy (to be fair he was in the midst of a back problem, but after one sleep there he couldn't move the next day) honestly beyond that the room was perfect, the building is super cool and charming and the walkability is great! I wandered around a fair bit from there just walking around. We also had a lot of help and they were able to get a cab for us for 4 am which was super helpful

The room although small was beautifully decorated Unfortunately the couple upstairs was having one of those marathon conversations until 2:30 and being an old house no sound insulation between floors. Other than that I had a great stay

Being close to the downtown area the hotel location was awesome. Having dishes/utensils in the room were great. Some microwave safe containers would have been useful as well. The room information, provided by Expedia, included that a HOB would be provided, so we were expecting a cooktop or hotplate in the room - which it was not. The bathroom in our room was extremely small (closet size). The back parking area was not very slippery as it was not maintained. The laundry area in the basement was crowded with storage items and not inviting.

I liked the TV very much I liked the sound containment of the room as well

Good location, really close to the bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly.
