This was not our best trip.we had to be moved the second night as their was no heat. The room they moved us to ended up having no hot water. Since it was Saturday there was no maintainance person on call. The staff did the best they could but there were no otger rooms to be moved too, as too many others were having the same issue. Granted it was -10 below but it wasnt like we could add clothes unless they were in your suitcase. The room was very clean and staff friendly. I would stay again but not until summer.

We had a room with two queen beds. One pillow case had bright red blood stains on it. When I brought the pillow cases to the front desk they said they could guarantee that they had been washed. Blood doesn’t stay bright red after it’s been washed. Gentlemen at the front counter seemed annoyed and promptly walked away. I was pretty disappointed. He expressed he was the only person working on-site at the time. I could tell he felt inconvenienced. Unfortunately nothing was said or done about the situation. No apology or offer to get new pillow cases. We used our own pillows and blankets for the rest of our stay.

Very nice hotel and plenty of shopping for the wife

Took the kids so they could fly and see snow. Really pleased with the room, location and cleanliness of the establishment. Kids said it was the "best adventure ever" We would definitely stay there again

This hotel was VERY nice and clean. It seemed rather new. We got in late due to bad weather and we were checked in quickly and made to the room to get some much needed rest. The pool and hot tub were open and the kiddos were thrilled with that. We didn't need any room service for the short time we were there but they told us to let the front desk know if we needed anything. My only complaint (and this is MY fault for not researching well enough) is that it seemed a bit out of the way from anywhere we needed to be. There was plenty of restaurants close by and some shopping. Overall, a good stay and a clean establishment.

It was great and fun

Rooms are a generous size. Plenty of pillows, towels, and toiletries. They offer in-room coffee, which is a nice surprise since so many hotels had to dispense with that thanks to Covid. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice, but they need to do a better job stocking it with towels. Tons of shopping in the shared lot with Southlands Mall.

I absolutely enjoy staying here as it is close to my family. This hotel is my " go to place" on my work off days. Very comfortable and relaxing 😊
