Small kids play ground and unpleasant smell there

Room was very spacious. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Very close to the connector of the 2 metro lines.

We have a nice stay at Kung Shang Design Hotel, the Design Room we booked was a pleasant surprise for the kid, its spacious and different from typical hotel room. Staff in cafe/restaurant are friendly and helpful, the night manager on duty assisted us for our little room change problem. Oversall its a very pleasant stay and we enjoy the warm hospitality.

I booked 2 rooms & paid fully already 6months ago but only given one room to stay when i was there. Was told by the staff at reception that the hotel is full. There is no compensation.

We would not have booked this hotel if we are aware that it is under renovation. There is no indication in the website. Besides strong paint and glue smell, there is no air condition in the corridor. Aircon vent in the room is placed at an inappropriate, right above the bed.

Hotel was a little bit of a walk from the FB MRT station. If you have large suitcases, get ready for a bit of a stroll as the shop sidewalks are not even and you'll have to walk on the road itself. So if it's going to be raining, might have to wait out or leave your luggages at a locker at the MRT first. The hotel itself was great and we had a very spacious room. The morning buffet breakfast was great as well! Really commend the people organising the breakfast especially dealing with a lot of walk ins who just don't wait at the front before being advised where to sit. The room were cleaned very well on all the days we stayed. There are laundry services not too far from the hotel. It's a coin laundry facility with maybe a 5-8 minutes walk. The people at the front desk of the hotel will be able to guide you on the different places in the area. There's a small cafe in the lobby where guests can get free coffee / desserts but only within a certain time window. This was a great hotel overall apart from being a little bit of a walk from the MRT. Would I stay again? Yes!

Centrally located hotel, perfect value for money.

Very comfortable small hotel. Clean and big rooms.

The bed is too soft and and it easily wake yr partner if you turn yr body too much. Also the air-con is not finctioning well around the sleeping area....it was terrible hot at night and there is no cool air blowing out the air con outlet. Make some nosie at the front counter and they did somthing to it and it was much better for one day, and later the night t come hot again and we were sweating...then we realised that there wasn't cold air blown out from the outlet. Luckily, it was the last nite at he hotel.
