Perfect for canal street, gay village, or city centre and bars/ restaurants, best of both worlds Slightly more expensive than some other accommodation, but comfort, great breakfast and nice, friendly people stay here rather than it being a drunken stop over at some of the cheaper accommodation

Nice hotel, rooms clean and well supplied, bed soft but comfy. No noise from other rooms, but the trans stared early and finished late and disturbed sleep. Lots of security staff which felt a bit overwhelming at times! Good breakfast, nice staff.

Absolutely shocking stay... No customer service

Our stay was extremely frustrating and very disappointed in the level of service provided. I shall bullet point each of the serious problems and failures that me and my wife encountered during our stay: - I booked the executive suite... There was only 1 dressing gown and 1 pair of slippers... This is poor considering bits supposed to be an executive suite... We expect the highest level of service when paying top end money. When I raised it with the front desk, there was a serious lack of urgency to rectify the oversight and make sure that I had a robe and slippers asap.... When the hotel worker eventually came to our room, he had a robe that was completely different to the 1 in the room... The quality was poor .. and he then told me he couldn't find any slippers... That is shocking considering that it's an executive suite. - the pillow Menu that you so proudly state on the room features wasn't even offered when we checked in, this again is quite shocking considering we are staying in the executive suite.... Basically we were given our card key and told to move on... No attention to the customer at all. - we went down for breakfast.. only to be told that we didn't have breakfast on our room ... This was checked with the front desk and the girl then said that we hadn't paid for breakfast... I state that we had but we were told flat out that we hadn't and that we would not be eating unless we paid!! To say I felt utterly insulted and it's the worst customer service ever

Carpet in hallway wasn't cleaned properly and 2 glasses from previous occupants were on the floor outside our room. Breakfast was excellent

Great hotel with perfect locatation

We (a group of four) stayed in this hotel for a bit less than a week. Went to see some football, snooker and even took some time to visit Dublin. This hotel is in a perfect location (a short walking distance from the Piccadilly station) and overall a great value for money.

Holiday inn

We had a deluxe suite which was very nice and clean. Carpet had come away in places in corner of room. Would of been a lovely stay just the trams that pass constantly the last one being at 12.45 am !! & even though six floors up was like a earth tremble noise didn’t sleep very well as they started back up going past from 7am.

Amazing

Staff were amazing and very accomodating. Room was clean and i did not havr any issues. Hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from manchester picadelly station which makes it great in terms of wanting to go out for restaurants ...
