DoublePool Villas by Banyan Tree

Very clean property!!! The food was excellent. It was nice and quiet and our butler Jay went above and beyond. This is the only Villa I will stay in when I return.

Spent 5 wonderful nights in a 1 bedroom DoublePool Villa and we were simply WOWed! Where to start, our very gracious hosts, Bin (and Yaya on her days off), really made us feel welcomed and at home and nothing was too much trouble. The room has so many great amenities and unexpected treats like ice cream and cones, well stocked toiletries bags, different nightly turn down treats, 2 coffee machines, the list goes on. One very special extra is the sign at the front of our villa, displaying our name, never had that anywhere before. The pool is huge, the outlook so serene, can't help but relax. Ate 4 nights in 2 restaurants that were open, fabulous food and amazing service. Special thank you to Bee, who looked after us so well and organised a local dining experience for us, complete with complimentary pickup/drop off. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. So much variety, such good food, kept us going until dinner time! Everyone we have encountered in this resort is so full of smiles and so helpful, made us feel very special. Hope to return one day, with our daughter!

A beautiful resort, with wonderful service from the staff, and the villas are exceptional - you can lose yourself in them forever! I'll be back here. The differentiator, in my view, is the amazing service.

Good get away

Nice property and ever trying staff to please. Room for improvement - language (English) and better training focusing on guest services. This is in a good way as the staff is ever trying to do their best but at times is experience / training. Example - etiquette for fine dining, meaning of surprise dinner/ cake minor stuff.. as whole lovely place.

Best luxury stay in Phuket

We traveled as a big group of 14 people to Phuket and am glad we decided to stay at the DoublePool The entire experience right from check-in to checkout was out of the world We had 3 villas (one of them their biggest a 3 room Villa) The Villas are big, beautiful and gorgeous. The infinity pool is just awesome. Kids really enjoyed their time there. Seperate Media room was a great idea we spent a lot of time there. The master bedroom surrounded by a water body was right out of a James bond movie , we later found James bond Pierce brosnen did say in the same villa :-) The villa also had a seperate dining area where we had few lunches and on the last day they even organised a barbeque which was super tasty. The staff is very kind curtuous and each villa is assigned a Host who in our case did everything possible to make our stay happy and comfortable Our hosts Jay , Joy, Sonya & Tony at the reception need special mention. We are for sure coming back and highly recommend this place to one and all

Banyan Tree - Double Pool Villa

The Double Pool Villa was Amazingly spaces. Main pool was long and wide enough to have a good swim. it also had a Juzcuzzi for relaxing. The room we stayed in had a good view over looking the golf course. All the double pool villas was detached and very private and had your own name associated with the Villa that you was staying. We booked an in-villa BBQ. The food was tasty with great service. You had you own chef and a waiter to serve you. Bayan also provide bikes so that you can ride around the resort. Overall it was a great relaxing place to stay.

Spacious villa

The villa is very spacious and the facilities are well maintained. Only improvement may be to clean the kitchen outside the entrance as obviously the trash after cleaning up the villa was dumped there although temporarily, it gives quite unpleasant smell when we walked through the entrance.
