Days Inn by Wyndham Kissimmee FL

The hotel room was terrible the pictures they advertised on the website was nothing like the actual room I booked I had to make another reservation quick I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone very disappointed

The staffing was very nice room's great the front desk was great they maid's house men was nice quiet

I liked the people on reception. I didn't like because they didn't change the towels in our room.

Check-in took forever. When we finally got to our room we were stared at by other guest and our rooms wouldn’t lock properly. Our curtains didn’t cover the entire window. Multiple lamps within the room didn’t turn on. There were stains on the bedsheets and the floor. Went to the front desk to get a different room and was told by the guy who checked us and that they were closed. We promptly left and found a different hotel.

Staff is always so nice and friendly! Rooms are basic but always clean and the atmosphere is calming. It's always quiet and no crazy things happening.

You get what you pay for. Staff was very friendly, however the room was dirty.

Front desk personal was amazing when I checked in on Saturday afternoon. The floor drags in dirt due to no carpet. And the TV is to small.

The service was amazing such great people that work there went out of their way to accommodate us even before we got there! Done check in review and wasn’t happy with beds they aren’t that comfy so they called us and asked if we wanted to switch rooms but we didn’t change. I have never had a hotel do that! The parking lot was a little dark kind of creepy but besides that and the bed not soft enough for my liking it was a good stay we were just there for 2 nights quick trip to Disney park so not in room much but to sleep. I would stay with them again!
