Hotel is in need of upgrade, most hotels in Salvador do. Good location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast

the staff at the desk, in the restaurant and the bellman were all very helpful. The cleaning lady was also good. Carlos at the desk was a great help and very gracious

We were there for carnaval, 4 of us. The location is great, accommodations are comfortable and hotel very affordable, breakfast had a good variety of good choices, and the staff super friendly. I am Brazilian and live in Miami for a very long time, definitely recommend this hotel. The only negative is the fact that they dont have a pool.

Located within walking distance to the old town. Turn right outside the hotel and keep walking for about 20mins. Clean and reasonable.

It was a nice stay in a primo location on a street with a tree canopy and walking distance to museums and equal distance between the beach at Barra and the historical area. The lobby was warm and welcoming. However, but the hallways and rooms should be painted with tropical accent colors that reflect the lobby decor. They looked bland and uninviting. If the staff had a bit more facility with English it would be helpful to guests who do not speak Portuguese. However, the front desk staff was helpful and willing to take the steps to make your stay enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but pretty clean. Shower was really nice, great water pressure. Lobby was nice and clean. However outside the rooms the corridor area was not exactly pristine, the carpet had seen better days. We did not have breakfast there so we cannot comment on that.

Our stayed was during Carnaval. The hotel was very busy. The staff were amazing very helpful. Our room was super clean!! Thank you

Excelente hotel. Muito bem localizado, recentemente foi reformado, tudo novinho, bem esquiado, café da manhã bom.
