ibis Krakow Stare Miasto

I contacted them to cancel my reservation because of covid. They advertised they were reimbursing people, so i filled out their forms. They never got back to me or refunded me and clearly they did not cancel the reservation.

Hotel is very modern, location is excellent, right next to train station and big shopping mall, 5 minute walk to Old Town, a beautiful district of Krakow. Price is very good.

The location is perfect. It is clean and the staff are helpful. The worst thing I can say is the mattresses are too hard. Would definitely recommend

Faultless stay. Extremely helpful staff. Hotel itself functional, relatively well located and very good value for money.

Good location. Nice staff.. clean and has en suite shower. good choice at breakfast. . close to Galleria shopping which has shops and restaurants. Then less than 5mins walk is main old square where bars and clubs for good night life and in the day pleasant to walk around and eat. Close to railway but did not hear train and road noise not an issue with windows shut. Rooms have air con.

Hotel was clean modern and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent, as was the other food ordered from the bar. Well located and within easy walking distance of the Old Town. Staff very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cheap and cheerful. Would have liked tea making facilities but this is the basic and you get what you pay for. Otherwise very good.
