As expected. Very nice and accomodating

Everything was excellent. People in the front desk was very kind and polite . Room was comfortable.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Cajamarca. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable, the restaurant offers a wide selection of great plates with a view to the main square. The property also has a pool and sauna if you want to relax. Much to do around, like shopping and visiting landmarks. The best part is the staff, their service is superb. This is my third time staying here on leisure travel, and I would definitely stay here again when in Cajamarca.

They held our room when our flight was cancelled. My daughter got married so we had lots of visitors to the room and all visitors were treated well

Hotel was beautiful. The only draw back was the rooms don’t have AC. Not a problem if you have a balcony or face they street side. Interior rooms facing the court yard and pool are hot! Some accommodation should be made to make these rooms more appealing.
