The property is located in very nice area if you are looking for nature. But it is very far away from everything else. The room deco is clean but definitely is not modern.

It’s in a scenic spot on the island but costs a lot to get to the hotel from the airport. The best thing to do would be to get to the Naha Terrace hotel and get the free shuttle. This feels very much like a resort where there are quite a few distractions to keep you in.

Location is excellent, facilities are good in particular with its own pier for water activities. Swimming pool is also very nice. Decoration in the room is bit dated and management should consider renovating, especially charging at this price.

Great hotel!

Overall this is a great hotel! The service was excellent and the choices for meals was very diverse. The food all tasted very fresh and well prepared. We loved the different pool areas and the beach is one of the best out of the resorts we have stayed at in Okinawa. The only downside to the resort are the mattresses are very firm (which is typical in Asia) and since the whole hotel is open to the outside- the hallways are tile. This makes it very loud! You can easily hear people walking in the hallways outside of your room and on the next floor since sound carries so easily. Overall- a great hotel with friendly service, but isn’t our top choice for a relaxing vacation due to the noise and the uncomfortable beds.

Checking in process is polite but pretentious. Also, asked to write private information such as date of birth. Other services are very good especially dining. Room is great but does not have convenient outlets to charge (They are all hidden behind the side tables).

This place is one of the best experiences I've had at a resort. Check in is amazing. The "butler" service helped us get taxis for our family staying at other hotels. The breakfast has a lot of different options so you can have different food every morning. The only thing I would change is that first the room with your own spa should be enclosed so people can't walk up to your own jacuzzi and so you can have privacy.

직원들 친절하고 방도 편했습니다. 뷰도 좋고 날씨도 우기라고 해서 걱정했지만 금방 날이 개어서 더워지더라고요. 다만 화장실 샤워부스의 샤워기 수압이 많이 낮네요. 조식도 맛있었고 글라스보트도 타고 즐거웠습니다. 리조트내에서 파는 아메리카노는 진짜 맛없네요ㅋㅋ 좋은 시간 보내다 갑니다~

Good hotel

Service: staff was very attentive, spoke good English. Room was big, the garden view has a view of the ocean as it’s on a peninsula. Overall great experience.

Close to beach and activities. Staff warm and friendly. Beautiful place, excellent food. But they are not into walk in for restaurants at all.
