Disappointing

Although the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean I didn’t have a very good stay. It was my first trip away on my own and the noise of the two rooms were terrible. I hardly slept in the 6 days I was there . I had to go down the reception and ring several times. On departure the lady in the desk said she had thrown the other guests out but that was no help to me as my holiday was spoilt and over. I have emailed the hotel but am still waiting for a reply.

Lovely clean hotels with plenty of lounge beds and pools. Felt very safe in terms of Coronavirus as people wore masks in the hotel.

Great stay

Great location, very clean, lovely room, would recommend a good look about as only found the heated pool and the roof terrace on our last day! Only suggestion would be to place some milk next to the coffee machines at breakfast!!

We were a party of 12 and all our needs were catered for. Excellent location, beautiful pool area and friendly staff. Only complaint (if any) we was on the 4th floor and the hard wood flooring in all areas was in need of a refurb. Don't let this put u off tho, the rooms were clean and spacious with adequate cutlery and crockery

Week long self catering stay

Hotel has improved since refurbishment. Studio room was nice and spacious and clean. Open shower was great. Only downside to room was lack of storage area and the mattress was still the old ones, other rooms had memory foam. Pool area spotless and pool cleaned most days. Was self catering so didn't use dining area or bars. There was a lot of noise during the night from other guests returning to their rooms in the early hours, shouting and arguing. No security came to move them along, im sure this could be heard at reception as we were only on 1st floor. All staff we encountered were very pleasant. Will return again.

I would say 2 star hotel, 3 star no-way

Air conditioning was broken, then had to complain to booking agents before hotel manager would change rooms. Then after changing room the shower was broken, but to be fair they repaired the same day. Sun beds are terrible, most are broken. Not enough umbrellas and you have to cue up from 7am if you want a sun bed. Reception staff customer service is very poor

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and staff just added an extra mattress. The issue was that the frame had collapsed prior to our visit so we ended up putting the mattresses on the floor and sleeping there instead. Kitchen area was too small to cook anyth8ng and there was absolutely nowhere to put any food anyway save for a box of cereal and teabags. Lots of noise from the road outside and on the inside from the pool. Not a hotel to stay at of you want a relaxing break.

Hotel very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of sunbeds around the pool and terrace area and even a separate, quieter pool around the side for those who want to avoid the groups. Something for everyone.
