Great looking hotel. Perfect location for our trip

Excellent property would stay there again without question.

The hotel is very nice, new and very clean. It was very nice to have a hotel that has rooms especially for pets. The biggest downfall was when we all went to sleep for the night and was woken by people banging on our door. It really scared my family and I. They said they had been given the room for the night, probably the floor above. After that, I had real problems sleeping as every noise woke me. The hotel did come good for us and gave us 50% off our next stay. I am willing to give the hotel another chance.

I won’t stay here again. We didn’t receive any advance notice about their Covid policies. Masks are mandatory in all public areas and you can only book 1/2 hour time slots for swimming. By the time we arrived at the hotel there was only a late time slot open for swimming and we had to be up early in the morning for a sporting event, therefore we were not able to use the pool during our stay. Very disappointing since we booked a hotel specifically with a pool to use for our children.

Website does not state that the kiddie pool is under repair we had a disappointed 4 and 1 year old. Outside the front doors guests gather to smoke and it doesn’t give the hotel a good presentation plus it smells of smoke

Hotel was very clean, newly renovated, with a friendly and accommodating staff! Very thorough with adhering to Covid guidelines!

The lady who greeted us when we arrived was incredibly nice and welcoming. Simple check-in and check-out. The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that their was no hand soap in the bathroom, but other then that the stay was very enjoyable.
