Beautiful views, great service

I booked this hotel for my parents. They really enjoyed their stay and enjoyed the upgraded view since I’m a gold member. The staff was excellent and the included breakfast was really convenient for them.

The stay was good but the check-in experience was bad. We had to wait for almost an hour after arriving to get the room keys. We were told that the room was being sanitized and cleaned. But that should have already been done considering the fact that we arrived 5 hours later than the actual check-in time.

Beatutiful hotel with lovely people

The Leel is a beautiful space and I got a seafacing room...absolutely gorgoeus view of the Bay of Bengal! The staff are always courteous, friendly, attentive and all make you feel welcome. I would recommend the Leela Chennai for sure. In fact I have family coming in next week and that is where they are going to stay!

Great location n ambience

The ambience n the rooms were great but the food n service at the breakfast buffet was definitely not to the mark at all.

Missed Leela Class

The stay was good overall , check in was smooth & quick. The receptionist gave sea view room which is appreciable. The room package included all meals . Again the hotel staff allowed to have lunch on the day of check in . We had landed from Port Blair and it was lunch time . However , we were not very pleased with the food menu . The food was on the colder side in spite of being on hot plates . Part of menu was repeated at Dinner. All I can say is the class of Leela was missing . No other complaints. Overall stay was good . I still remember my stay at Leela Goa few years back which was amazing in all respects.

Enjoyable luxury

Great family holiday with elder family members. Service and staff were outstanding. Food was very good though diners need it be taught buffet etiquette. Restaurant staff were most attentive. Very nice gYm. Will come again
