$18 daily parking charge. Was not aware

Did not clean room between nights or add towels. Did not read about a $18 daily parking charge. Good pool.

My room was clean . It had a kitchen with.plates pots etc.its not beach front but its not to far but its nearby winn dixie and other stores. The staff were helpful. I would stay again

I will never stay at this place. I had such a horrible experience, no one came to change sheets or towels or take garbage out even though i left around 8 30 AM or 9 AM and came after 5 PM. I had to ask for it. It was hard to find it because they changed name through google maps. I was driving around it for awhile in a dark. No breakfast, it said free parking but i was asked to pay for each day staying, loud noises, police was called to hotel numerous times, banging on walls. You can hear everything. Also whole misinformation about 15 min to aeroport and free parking is a lie 30 min to airport and paid parking. And if you check in early they charge$20.00 extra. I never had any hotels charge ever. Employees talking on the phone outside loud both morning and evening. I think for a single person it is not safe. Beach is about 10 minutes drive not 5 minute walk. This is why i picked this hotel to walk to the beach. I was very disappointed. Oh and shower is not great either, low water pressure.

I've never left a review before, but figured I would for this one. We showed up because they advertised early check in, but when we arrived we had to wait until the 4 I clock check in, early was not an option. We pulled up and the first thing we saw was a women doped up hanging in the main sitting area. The tiki bar was great, along with the pool. Workers were friendly, however the last day of check out, we turned on the bathroom lights and a roach scattered across the sink. This hotel is under same ownership as the Royal Beach Palace, which has lots of reviews for roaches as well, it's under a different name ( Galt Villas ) but you check in through the Royal Palace. The vibe was great by the pool and there were plenty of really great people, however homeless people really do just hang around with everyone at the pool, and if you leave food around the one guy will literally just grab some without asking, which was extremely weird lol never dealt with this anywhere else. He showed up to the pool with a tall corona at 8am super drunk and yelling every 2 minutes. I was there with my wife and 9 year old boy, was a bit off putting because towards the end we had to literally basically hide from the homeless dude because he would bother us and ask for cigs. He was nice, but it wasn't appropriate for the kiddo. We ended up checking out and staying longer, but changed hotels to the Chateau Mar Golf Resort, it was a much better experience for the family! Thought I'd share all this!

It was a nice for the money. Sometimes people over expect for the cost the pay. FOR ME I expected much worse and ended up pleasantly surprised. If I could make a suggestion: You need a sign! Took me 30 to find the exact location. Also be more upfront about parking fees. I ending I was very satisfied. I would stay there again. It's in my budget range, friendly enough and convenient. Give them a chance.
