Best Western Marseille Bourse Vieux Port by Happyculture

Reception staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. They put effort into making my stay easier and happier.

Room is ok. Sound proof is very bad. Can hear next door clearly. Especially if you got bad luck of noisy neighbour.

Despite being only a few blocks from the old port, the Best Western is in a bad part of town, littered with rubbish, construction and scroungers. If you need to be in the area, then its about as good as it gets, but that's not saying much considering the competition. 2.5/5

Toilet was not clean under seat.shower door would not close properly.

Needed to change the booking due to business, considering best western is a huge brand they were completely inflexible and unhelpful. I won’t be using best western hotels again.

Horrific - location is dismal and to be honest completely unsafe, staff member attempted to break into our room at 1:30am, dirty room, poor all around - avoid at all costs

Short walk to vieux port. Busy road and lots of street noise but the windows are well insulated and is quiet when closed. Recommend higher floors for more distance from street level.

Very pleased. Convenient location. The breakfast alone is worth staying here.

Lovely hotel with nice decore. I found the air system drafty and the bed uncomfortable. I stayed in a single room but the bed was about a double. Hotel is on a busy street with the trams.

Overall very nice hotel. Close to the port and all amenities and restaurants. The bed was a bit hard.
