Radisson Blu Hotel Nantes

Absolutely superb - magnificent room, excellent service, lovely peaceful location only a few minutes walk from the centre. Couldn't fault it!

Front of house staff needed much more training. Extremely slow check in check out. We were presented with someone else’s bill and so were our friends. The dining room staff left tables uncleared at breakfast time. At one point there was not one table that didn’t have used crockery and cutlery There seemed to be enough waiters but seemed to walk around without seeing. We did not see any kind of management around the hotel at all in any department. The bar staff were very slow sometimes no body in attendance and the same lack of training when it came to clearing tables. Such a shame in such a wonderful building.

Comfortable stay in good location

Excellent location in a great city. Stylish generous rooms, helpful staff and a great building to stay in. Excellent breakfast too, which we all took full advantage of.

What a fantastic and trendy hotel - perfect location and the hotel itself is breathtaking!
