Perfect location for your holidays

We only staid 2 nights, but we wish we could have been there longer. Friendly service and a great location with pool for everybody. The beach is also nearby. Perfect place for a great holiday :)

Pool areas were excellent with plenty of lounges. The breakfast was good and its location is close to shopping and restaurants

Comfy overnight stay

The room was large and spacious, bed was comfy, staff are super friendly and overall a good stay.

Good but not great

Pros: Staff are great, really friendly and nothing is too much trouble Breakfast is well organised and plenty of choice Location - close to the beach and the hotel also offer a shuttle service to a bigger beach which is more comfortable Cons Rooms are tired and need a lick of paint Usual story of people reserving sun loungers and then going the beach or on a day trip for most of the day Pool area needs a bit of a facelift Ants and mosquitoes in the room (this was sorted once I mentioned it Not all pool access rooms get any sun therefore kind of pointless really. Overall we had a pleasant stay with no real grumbles. Would we return? Mmm I think there are far nicer hotels for a similar price so whilst we would certainly return to Khao Lak I think we wouldn’t be in a hurry to return to the Waters (unless the price was right)

Lovely hotel near beach and great restaurants

Lovely hotel in a great location, only criticism is it could do with a bit of touching up in places, general decoration needed around the resort and some new sunbeds around the pool as many were broken. Had a pool room which was great but stay away from the Bay rooms as they look out on concrete. Very pleasant stay with excellent service and staff were very helpful.

Very enjoyable indeed, it surprised us on how good this resort is, furthermore it has a great location, I cannot find fault with our stay there.

Great hotel with good service.

We had 10 days in a pool access downstairs room the room was a very good size but lacked a comfortable seating area.The breakfast was very good and plentyful we ate in the resaurant a couple of times and it was good and the prices were ok there are plenty of restaurants and bars around at a very good price We were there at the start of the wet season so most of the attractions were closing for the season if its quiet you want it is ideal then.
