The redeptionist phone me that hotels.com virtual card had been decline and that i had to make a payment directly to the hotel. I checked my account at the bank monday morning. Hotels.com had taken money out my account for the stay. I was charged twice. Really not happy about this

Shockingly badly designed rooms. Frosted glass bathrooms with no privacy whatsoever, every room the same so couldn’t even upgrade. Poor receptionist was extremely embarrassed and stated they have numerous complaints about this. Plug points only on one side of room, none by mirrors, extremely poor lighting. Air conditioning ineffective and no opening windows. The public parts of the hotel were stunning but the bizarre design of the room was very disappointing,

Recent stay just before Xmas - Located in central Sittingbourne - easy to find with extensive adjacent car park. Room size is spacious in modern attractive decor with quality comfortable beds that provided an excellent nights sleep. Staff very friendly & helpfull with full marks to the Duty Manager (Karen) and the Chef as the Full English Breakfast could not be faulted. Although this hotel does not have a pool, it does have a fully equipped and modern Gym. This hotel is full recommended and I will look forward to my next visit.

My room was amazing! Fantastic modern hotel with everything you need. Staff were very polite and helpful, will definitely be staying again if I’m in the area ygm?

The room was freezing, air con was on in November. I managed to find the unit and switch off but switched itself back on. Beds very small for a 6 foot women my feet were out the end and I was worried to turn over incase I fell out. kettle wasn’t working properly, shower cold and bathroom door provided little privacy.
