Pegasus Apart'Hotel

Comfortable and good location.

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Melbourne. The room was very comfortable but the air conditioner wasn't very powerful. The location is very convenient near flagstaff station and tramline in William st. They appear to be in the process of renovation or updating. I would say about time too the wear and tear signs were getting very noticeable.

Comfortable but unacceptably noisy

Was given a room on level 2 at the front of the building apparently because I was a “VIP” guest, however road construction through the night and in the early morning meant that I didn’t get a good nights sleep. In addition the refrigerator compressor was very noisy, to the extent that I had to switch the fridge off to be able to sleep.

Highly recommended

Stayed here two weeks ago had such a good experience that stayed there again this week Spacious room, staff so helpful and go out of their way to attend to any issues eg I had forgotten my toothbrush, and they thought there was one in the room but when there wasnt brought one up to me, not expecting me to go down and get it Room has great block out curtains which aren't so important in the dark winter mornings but would be great in summer. Recommending this hotel to anyone who is needing accomodation in Melbourne

Room without a view.

Booked our stay with pegasus 1 1/2 months prior to stay. Requested a room with a view of the city. We were on the 3rd floor facing the adjorning buildings carpark. Bit disappointing.

Great place to stay

Checked in late Staff very friendly and helpful Was upgraded which was an added bonus Very spacious room, desk to sit at, separate space to sit to read or watch TV Spacious bathroom Fridge had a bit of a buzz which I though would make sleeping difficult but had a great nights sleep. Block out curtains so if wanted to sleep in could easily do that Only disappointing thing was I had to check out reasonably early so didnt get to enjoy the room and much as I would have liked

It was a good stay but they did not vacuum or clean the floor, only tidy up the bed. So I told the reception the next day.
