Beautiful on the outside, not so much in inside

The property is located in a beautifully manicured lush semi-tropical landscape. The structures appear to be actually built around the large natural boulders. The rooms, however, are rather tastelessly decorated with cheap shelving rather than drawers to store your clothing, mismatched tile, etc.

Best hotel I ever stayed at in Brazil

This hotel is amazing. Great location, great service and facilities. Excellent restaurant. The pool has nice warm water which is great because the weather in Ilhabela can be fickle. The gardens are beautiful and make you feel you are in the rain forest. They helped with tours, places to go, everything. The room is dark enough for a good night's sleep. Great internet, I had to work during my stay and was really impressed with how fast and efficient it was. Thanks for everything!

What a lovely place. I took my family here for a great family reunion. The kids loved the swimming pool and beach, the adults enjoyed the restaurant and the wet bar. The food is amazing here. Staff are friendly and always there for you.

The only problem I had was reducing my stay from 3 days to two. I booked through Expedia and it was extremely difficult to change my reservation, which cost me a night stay. By the time I got through the difficult channels to change the reservation, I was 20 minutes past the deadline (the hotel is 2 hours earlier than eastern time) and the hotel would not waive the cost of the 3rd night. Otherwise, the hotel is charming and the staff is extremely courteous.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff

My fiancé and I stayed there for two nights and loved it: the hotel buildings look nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool area and restaurant lovely. Would definitely recommend it!

Excelente Hotel e Atendimento

O Porto Pacuíba reúne as duas principais qualidades para um hotel: tem instalações excelentes e o atendimento da sua equipe é top. A piscina aquecida é um diferencial, os ofurôs são ótimos, a sauna é integrada com uma mini-piscina em temperatura natural. O quarto que fiquei era confortável, com limpeza muito bem feita. Em relação a localização, ela é ótima, em menos de 10min de carro se chega ao centro histórico, e o hotel tem uma praia em frente e outra a menos de 5min andando. Mas é importante ressaltar a excelente equipe do hotel, desde o pessoal da recepção, passando pelo restaurante, bar da piscina e limpeza dos quartos. Pessoas bem preparadas e que te deixam à vontade em sua hospedagem. Recomendo o Porto Pacuíba sem pestanejar.
