The hotel is well maintained

It’s really good we are fill happy all over the environment it’s good and clean

Staff top notch especially the reception. Swimming pool a bit lacking, no sauna/steam facility for a 5 star hotel and in room dining menu very limited. No complain about the room. Perfect for a short getaway.

Old style hospitality and experience, excellent amenities. Check in was fast but the lines were long. Excellent check in experience and stay was effortless and overall and excellent experience

It was ok but the room was dusty. Coffee was limited to 2coffee tablets for 1 night. The rest is chargeable. Service was not up to standard. Only the check-in receptionist was good. I got a call at 1.30pm eventhought during check-in they gave me extension to 3pm. Very Cold attitude staff.

Got a free upgrade room upon check in, however, they should open more counter during public holidays for check in... overall experience was great..

The staff friendliness and the unique of their rooms

Check in got delayed due to lack of staff in cleaning and getting the rooms ready. Thankful for being compensated by complimentary dinner and later check out time.

There was a delay on 1st August Breakfast Inclusive but they help to extend our check out time.

I had an amazing staycation at the Majestic. The check in service by the receptionist was excellent. Smooth and easy. Most notably, Johnnie, the manager of the Smokehouse, was very warm, welcoming, and struck up a very enjoyable conversation. I am very impressed and look forward to a repeat stay.
