Parc England Hotel

The staff went above and beyond to assist our comfort.

When I arrived, it took about 25 minutes just to get checked in, despite the fact that no other guest was trying to check in. After finally completing the check-in process, I went to the room, which was 57 degrees F. (and outside temperatures were forecast to dip to about 20 degrees F.). The hotel staff explained that most of the hotel rooms were not habitable due to lack of heat because of broken boilers, so I ended up in a room where the temperature was initially 63 degrees F. However, the hotel manager secured a space heater which, ultimately, got the room temperature up to 69 degrees on the first night of my stay and up to a toasty 72 degrees on the second night. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and the manager discounted the room rate due to the heat problem. But then, on the negative side, the windows in both rooms were filthy.

Well the hotel itself is kind of nice and the rooms were clean and nice to have some really old antique looking furniture which was in good condition now the problem with my room was the heater didn't work so they moved me to another room with the heater did work but the volume on the TV didn't so at that point I decided to bail and I just went to another hotel at a resort chances are next time I come into town I probably won't stay at this hotel ever again but the staff was on point with friendliness and helpful but I just couldn't tolerate being moved to a room that had another issue

Hotel was easily accessible from hotel and to the expressway. Limited restaurant options within the area. The hotel itself seemed quiet and comfortable. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable visit.

I enjoyed this Hotel. Nice, clean, good service. Will stay again.
