One Up Banana Hotel

This hotel is a great choice for Phnom Penh. You can walk to some of the big attractions, though it was so hot while we were there that we ended up using Grab to catch a tuk tuk. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are relatively spacious and nice. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is to have better breakfast options available - theres a limited option at the hotel for $4 which I think is just bread and fruit so we ended up eating next door where we could get eggs and more of a breakfast. Would recommend!

The facilities were excellent value for money and the location was great but the standout aspect was the warm and efficient customer service. We have been in hotels and guest houses for the past four months and this was by far the best we have experienced. Would highly recommend.

Can walk to most places or short tuk tuk ride. Quiet. Rooms a bit stuffy but clean. Super friendly staff. Very helpful

私の通された部屋がロビーの真隣で、夜遅くまで声や音楽が聞こえてきた。また一階だったこともあってか窓がなく、今が朝なのか夜なのかも分からないのは困った。

The hotel is located a narrow alley way near restaurants and caffe. Staffs were welcomed with smile. The room was comfortable and clean.

The staff were so welcoming and freindly. The room was not a big, but very clean and comfortable atomsphere. The hotel is in walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
