A warm welcome greeted me and the room was spacious and bed very comfortable. All facilities very good and an excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Recommended.

Lee and Iain are excellent hosts, so friendly and helpful. Their place is spotless, so comfortable, and rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast was very fulfilling and nicely served. We will definitely go back again on our next trip to Blackpool.

Very pleasantly surprised. The lads are absolutely spot on and have a real talent at this. Welcoming and friendly good clean room with everything you could need. Breakfast decent. We had a very nice three night stay in this excellent guest house, with very helpful owners, very nice and large room with large choice at breakfast. The guest house is in a great location for the railway station and a short walk into the heart of Blackpool
