Excellent hotel with great service!

We stayed again in this amazing hotel for 3 nights. First time we stayed in 2016 and we had to return as we liked it so much! The rooms are very clean and the cleaning ladies work so hard and they pay attention to all the small details is impressive! All personnel go above and beyond to make your stay a special one. My husband is a Formula 1 fan and the bar manager had to call the technical department to add the channel which was broadcasting F1 and we were able to watch it on the huge screen in the bar (it is a projector so if you want to watch something there you have to ask as the screen is not always down). Bottom line we had 2 great evenings in the bar and my husband was very happy. Thank you so much, it was really appreciated!

Excellent, but a little far from city center

Great 5-star hotel with attention to details and very helpful and gracious staff. Like other reviewers said, the restaurant decor is simply terrible! It looks like a Marriott Courtyard but the food = excellent. So please give it a shot despite the furnishings. Overall we really loved this hotel. It's a little farther from the tourist center but probably idea for business travelers. Would recommend any day of the week and one of the best hotels I've stayed in around the world.

Friendly and accommodating staff

We had a wonderful 3 nights at EPIC SANA with a warm and welcoming staff. It started when the hotel facilitated us with an early check in when we arrived at 10 am and the amazing service continued throughout the stay. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. 10/10 for EPIC SANA Lisbon

The staff is super friendly and experienced. The hotel was very clean and updated. The location is convenient and walkable to many areas. The food and drinks are delicious. It was a perfect stay.

Very nice hotel very clean The breakfast was nice but no vegetables from some reason but everything besides that was testy I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again

Amazing

My wife and I have traveled to many places throughout Europe and this place is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely incredible. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and is a must if you stay here! Room was clean and very comfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to couples. We had a couples massage at the spa and were beyond impressed. The location was excellent and very easy to catch an Uber to anywhere you want to go as there are hills everywhere. We will be back!!!!
