Great Short Stay Close to Airport

Overnight stay that included drinks with friends until 1 am. Bar service and the front desk were excellent. The breakfast buffet looked great even though I did not have time to eat much. Also took the early morning shuttle back to the airport very easily.

One night

The check-in took a bit too long however it was understandable as Dutch KLM passengers and Klm crew flooded in for check in all at once. The hotel clerk x1 was friendly and helpful even though he had to deal with some very rude Dutch people who flew in from the Netherlands with me. They spoke rudely to the clerk. I had trouble with the lift as it kept stopping at 1st floor instead of 2nd and then it would take me back down to G floor where a Dutch couple shouted and swore at me as if I was intensionally being stupid and not know how a lift works. That was the unfriendly welcome to South Africa but the staff were the friendly South Africans who made the stay easier. The shuttle driver this morning and last night were the first South Africans who made me feel welcome since I landed. They are so helpful and friendly.

I frequently visit this hotel. Its convenient to the airport, clean, great restaurant and bar area and most of all its a green hotel. First time I've seen any place like this.

Clean, Friendly, Great Breakfast, Airport Shuttle

Updated and beautiful hotel. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN everywhere. Rooms quiet with noise eliminating walls and windows. The buffet breakfasts (with live omelet station) were exceptional. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Gym was nice. Unique pool looked great but I did not have time to use. Perhaps most valuable to me was the hotel's free Mercedes Benz shuttle van to the nearby Cape Town Airport every half hour. Using this shuttle, I was able to buy a "MyCity" bus pass for CP and hub out of the airport which coincidentally had a direct bus to the downtown Civic Center main depot every half hour. From there I went all over the city and beyond. Very good way to travel and MyCity is an efficient, clean bus system.

We have stayed here on many occasions and the quality of stay over remains consistently great despite Covid. Didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle service from the airport. Have a efficient and friendly check in. The room was a very good size and clean and comfortable. Was great to see it catered for disabled people

Very close and convenient to airport with free shuttle. Full breakfast buffet included and a lovely little garden and lily pond type swimming pool. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, great bed!

Excellent Airport Hotel

Would highly recommend if you need to be close to the Airport. Everything was nicely clean and well maintained. Safe parking on site and really close to the airport.
