It is small boutique style, spotlessly clean facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.

Had a lovely room,very clean and quiet at night ,good area close to lake,good value for money

Great location as close to train station, old town and lake. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean and a reasonable size.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for those that will be spending most of the day touring Como and the surroundings. Breakfast was good. Many restaurants within 1 block from the hotel. We enjoyed very much the Borgovico Trattoria Pizzeria located just a few steps from the hotel. Parking in Como is difficult and expensive.

The position was very authentic Italian city position close to lake and centre

The hotel was OK, breakfast was not so good, rooms were good size and clean but you can find better hotels close to center We had to take taxi to go anywhere Como was very crowded on weekend and ticket counter at boat area is a MESS it took one hour to buy ticket to go on 3 hr boat ride Very disorganized

Thus place is delightful and is the perfect place to explore Make Como. Staff were SO helpful, breakfast was delightful and the rooms were darling. Americans come and visit !
