Shangri-La Hotel, Shenyang

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and eager to help you in any way they could.

It was pretty nice experience overall. Good location and decent & clean facility, the room was big and had a view. The morning buffet was a bit down part but overall good.

Most staff in Shangrila were helpful and courteous but a couple exude warm and welcoming attitude. Overall it was a comfortable stay with no hicups.

Bad coordination by the staffs. I was asked to upgrade to club status with full access to lounge and breakfast even though they do not have the executive club room. I accepted knowing the fact I will still be staying in a normal room. Every morning when I walked into the cafe for breakfast, they asked for my room number, and each time, they said I am not entitled to breakfast. This happened every morning during my stay. Treatment towards my relatives staying at the club room was also very bad at the club lounge. They showed the unwillingness to serve. Very bad for Shangrila standard. They do need serious hospitality training.

Big name hotel with all amenities available for the customer. Food options were rather limited probably they could have added more options. Overall it is nice hotel in a industrial city like Shenyang.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Robin at the front desk stood out!

This hotel is definitely up to the standards of the best! Clean, comfortable and most of the staff speak excellent English.

깔끔하고 괜찮은 숙소였지만 이미 지불한 조식을 다시 지불하게 하였다. 나중에 호텔스 닷컴으로부터 환불 받았지만 지불하기전 호텔측의 상세한 확인이 필요했다.
