Loved the room, the bed (comfortable and huge), the bathroom and staff. Didn't like the that the hotel was located next to a school (7am - 9am sounded like a huge childrens conference was going on as it was probably recess). Would have been nice if there was an extra lounge chair in the room as well since the room was huge.

Great experience! Better than a big hotel, this is more like a house so the employees there were amazing! They make you feel like you’re at home, great attitude, always giving us options on what to do everyday. I would definitely be back to this Hotel! Great location as well, super close to the zocalo.

Beautiful grounds and spacious lovely rooms. The staff is WONDERFUL!!!!! Truly special place to stay.

The hotel is clean and very nice! The have large rooms with comfortable beds, pillows however, the entrance if the hotel is always closed day and night and you have to ring the bell in order for them to open it. The area is safe so I dont know why they take that extra measure of precaution. So if you leave at night or day just know you cant just walk into your room you have to ring a bell and wait for them to open.

It was a great experience for my wife and for me. We felt like we were at home. Adriana was really attentive and always trying to find the best places to visit and eat. The rest of the staff was also very helpful any time we had questions or requirements. I definitely recommend this hotel, and of course we'll stay there in our next visit to Oaxaca.

Wonderful stay for the money. Staff was incredible, attentive, and friendly. Very short walk to the center of city--lots of food and coffee choices under 10 minute walk. Maybe ask to stay away from front desk area for a more quite stay. Housekeepers were scrupulous. Also they have a super sweet kitty that we already miss. Would happily book again!
