Not bad

Rather good resort on a swim-able beach. The room is clean and comfortable but the bathroom is a bit smelly, the territory is small and have no shade. Seaview room on the top floor has a very chill balcony with amazing sunset view

The staff was very helpful and the customer service was great. We had to check out early in order to make it to our ferry on time. The property offers complementary breakfast but it was going to start after we had already left. We asked them the night before and the staff arranged a taxi to the pier for us and let us pick out breakfast sandwiches for the morning. When we walked downstairs into the lobby we were given our sandwiches and two juice boxes and our ride was waiting for us. Excellent! Thanks lipa bay resort!

Right on water. Scooter rental on premisses. We had a room on second floor. Peaceful.

The service in the hotel restaurant was not so good, they spoke too loud during many guests were dining in! One of the stuff not so nice, no smile and no service!

Nice hotel on the beach

Using the bicycles was an excellent option. We had a lot of fun pedaling around the town.

Sweet quiet getaway

This resort has really helpful and polite staff. Dada especially!! Had a very relaxing and awesome time at the one of the bungalows. Money really meets value. Only thing is that the beds could be little bit more softer.... But highly recommending, it’s really nice if you wanna enjoy bit of peace and quiet. Lot of great thai food places around too.

The service is extremely good! Because of our early departure, a breakfast was even packed up for us on the go. Very close to the ocean!

Tired & deserted!

This hotel, while on a lovely quiet stretch of beach is tired. We were given an upstairs room even though we were the only guests in the hotel. The bungalows looked charming but were in a state of disrepair. The breakfast was woeful & the pool unswimmable. They threw a full bucket of chlorine in whilst we ate our breakfast! The staff were helpful upon our late arrival & drove us out to dinner as their resteraunt was closed. It was ok but I wouldn't go back.

A weeks stay has been very relaxing breakfast is fine can go from 730 til 10.30.am so plenty of time. Pool lovely and the beach stunning . Downside is the area is very quiet have to rent transport to go anywhere .
