Be Cosy Apart' Hotel

Room was clean albeit a bit run down - discoloured grouting, loose toilet seat, etc. Very dim lighting in the room which made the room seem a bit rough round the edges. Pool area is nice and always a couple of sunbeds free. Complimentary water activities on the beach were good. Breakfast was ok, basic.

Good place! Good restaurant and chefs are very generous ( we had to request few things for my kid). Can’t complain anything.

So good that I booked another stay!

A local friend recommended this hotel and I decided to book after reading the reviews. Staff always had a smile on their face, room was clean and comfortable, food was good, and complimentary watersports were pretty cool. I'm definitely going back!

It is very close to the beach and the free water sport activities are great. Breakfast and dinner are recommended. Especially the dinner is great as it is no buffet but a set 3 course dinner. The beach ist wonderful there. Some sun beds were broken but there have been enough for everybody. The bed in the room should be replaced as you could not turn around without any noise.

A slow walk to the beach is 10 minutes, normally 5

A slow walk to the beach was around 7 to 8 minutes. The beach would have been worth a half hour walk, it was amazing! There are two bars pool side, not too keen on the one with the swim up bar, but, the hotel bar, a few further feet away was brilliant! The two separate hotel restaurants were ok, but, within 200 yards of the hotel were 4 of the best places to eat in the world!

Great self-catering accommodation

It is the fourth time we go there. It is a great place when you can't afford 4 or 5 star hotels but want to be comfortable and in a clean place by the sea. It is located opposite the public beach. It is well equipped if you are choosing the self-catering option. It offers some free activities such as glass-bottom boat and snorkeling.

All Staff are very helpfull. I would like to mention Mrs Ingrid from the frontdesk. Had a great stay and enjoyed in Mauritius. One comment I would to make is regarding the internet. WFI connection in the room is very bad even many times around the swimmingpool.

Ants everywhere!

Pictures are so deceiving from what they advertised. Pool is tiny. And hard to find service to get a drink while in the pool. You have to leave the pool area and walk wet to the bar and wait for the drink as he doesnt come to serve you the drink! Room is disgusting. Ants crawling everywhere and the bed also. Mosqitos and bugs also sharing the room. Had to spray the room daily. Wanted to get a refund but not refundable. So couldnt afford to get another hotel. Wife was not pleased at all. Bed had dirty stained and the bed sheets themselves. Hotel Food was ok except for the last night where we had the curry and ended up with food poison. Nearby shops was so extortion and had to walk 10mins to find a decent price shop. Toilets are clean which was a bonus and the beach is very close by which is also a plus! Would never return even if they offered it for free. Please spray your rooms!

Clean, friendly, great location

We had a studio apartment. It was very clean and just enough space. Nice big shower too. Well equipped kitchenette. They provided a very good baby cot too for us

Great stay except for the internet

Always excellent, great area and beach is around 100m away, the hotel has everything you would need and shops and other restaurants are a short walk away. Everything would be perfect except they need to sort the internet out, this is the 21st century when everyone from your child to your granny is on line posting photos or watching movies, if hotels and Air B&Bs down the road can have fast internet then so can they, sometimes you can't even open an email for the whole day, if that was sorted then it would be perfect.
