Homewood Suites by Hilton Winnipeg Airport-Polo Park, MB

We have stayed here more than once, and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Due to Covid, we have never experienced the buffet breakfast, but look forward to trying it someday.

Although everything was top notch - the ongoing noise from the heater unit all night was intolerable

The pillows collapse into nothing, two together was just too big. There was spillage on the bathroom door. When I pulled down the plastic bag from the closet to retrieve and extra pillow, 4 blue pills still in their original package fell on the floor. Other than that it was a comfortable room.

The concept of having a small kitchen in the suite is great for extended stays. The room was decently clean, but the furniture was worn. The fabric on the couch and chair was almost worn through and holes in the headboard and ottoman were covered up by pillows and a tray. The toilet stopped working the first night, but they fixed it right away. The light for the ceiling fan was also not working, but not a huge factor. The beds were ok, though the blankets barely covered mattress. The included breakfast was just a couple types of prepackaged muffins, an orange, a small yogurt and a juice box. I'm assuming due to Covid-19 restrictions, but still disappointing. Overall it was ok, but I'm not sure if stay there again.

Front desk staff were cold and intimidating to talk to. Seems as though they haven’t worked out all the kinks to functioning with reduced staff and guests.

Rooms were modern and clean. Manager was welcoming and helpful.

loved the room,,,nice bathroom amenities. close to shopping. pillows were a little on the thin side.

This hotel is nice, but the pull-out sofa was like sleeping on a bed of springs. Very uncomfortable. Some of the furnishings look quite beat-up for a newer hotel. Customer service was so-so, having to wait in a long line up just to get somebody to unlock the pool entrance; there were two clerks and one just ignored us which is irritating. It should not be the visitor's responsibility to clean the pool area after using it. Customer service to visitors should be #1.

My experience with my stay was awesome, the room was clean and refreshing. Felt like home, my wife would have love it. I really like the location of my room which was close the elevator. Planning to go back on my next trip. Forgot to take pictures
