Amazing! The photos on Expedia do not do this hotel justice. The houses are historic, and beautiful in every way. Rooms are very clean and staff were super helpful. There is always a security guard on the street corners, and your butler is available 247. I recommend!

This boutique hotel is what you need. It is a hidden gem. With the unique design, tasteful decoration, warm welcome and outstanding service from the concierge and our butler, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was very nice and the bathroom just simply amazing. The whole property was incredibly clean. The breakfast included was delicious and we could enjoy it in the very pretty courtyard. Excellent and unique experience.

The location is excellent for the colonial part of town. The staff are excellent and very helpfu, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included and delicious. Our room was an executive double, which is not in the original part of the building but within a modern extension surrounding a courtyard area. The room was spacious and with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant, bar and gym was closed as it was under renovation, which we were not made aware of when booking. They operate a butler system, who basically gets you anything you may need and serves you breakfast within the attrative open courtyard area. The rooms have partitioned walls, not brick, so you will hear people talking and eating outside in the courtyard while you are in the room. We did not hear the traffic nor the adjacent nursery school (as it was the weekend). One morning we were lead to a table directly outside someone elses room, which we found a bit disconcerting as their window was open and we could hear the occupants talking in their room while we were eating. You are provided with ear plugs but we did not need them. The pool is a plunge pool and not a proper swimming pool. These minor issues did not spoil our stay and it was a real pleasure stepping into this hotel which was an oasis.

The decoration and ambiance of the hotel was a trip to colonial times. The staff and especially concierge Luis were wonderful. Luis took care of everything we needed. We traveled with the family, and our kids loved it.

It’s a really beautiful boutique hotel. They have transformed old colonial houses in charming and luxury villas on the center of the city. Strongly recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience here. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was extremely polite professional and helpful. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back in the future
