Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Bricktown

We stayed here for our girls weekend and had a great time! Only downfall was the hot tub was closed.

Wrong room was booked. Front desk clerk was rude about it and blamed hotels.com for it. They didn’t have the room, so I was stuck with a double queen room. Parking was far away and no help was provided to find it.

Clean rooms, clean bedding, hallways--everything clean. Comfortable beds and quiet. Great location as well

I liked that the property was within walking distance of all the fun.

COVID policies were basically ignored! Don’t stay here if you are expecting that the COVID policies they claim are in place are followed because they aren’t! The front desk employees masks were worn under their noses, people checking in with no masks and no one addressed it, people tried to pour into elevators and again no personnel addressing it. You say on your website your employees are trained in Covid safety, yet no one was really following proper procedures. I did NOT feel safe as a guest and am hoping any others concerned about proper protocol during Covid, choose another hotel!! Seriously, it was unbelievable! Have stayed at many other hotels that follow procedures and enforce them! Stay somewhere else!!!

Love staying at Hilton properties. The breakfast is well worth the price. Rooms are always clean this hotel was exceptional. My only complaint and not a very big one, is the parking situation. The parking garage is a block away, fine with that, but it does not connect to the hotel. You have to walk out the parking garage and down the street to get back to the hotel.

Loved that we could walk to everything we wanted to.

The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but once we walked in the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was hair on the toilet seat when we arrived. That’s odd considering the current pandemic situation. Also, the doors, windows and walls are definitely NOT soundproof and people were up to the wee hours of the morning. My fault for choosing a hotel in the location I did.
