My visit was for my brother's funeral and I had an excellent stay that helped to comfort my mind.

The property is beautiful and well kept. Staff seemed to stay productive. Had a few hiccups though. Order room service twice and both times it took 3hours because they kept forgetting. The view/balcony wasn’t the best. Lastly it was my husband’s birthday and I told everyone but we never got the amenities I.e. birthday sash on the door/bottle.

This resort of stunning. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pool, the sculptures and artwork around the resort, and the beach were all divine. The beach was especially wonderful. It was a small, private beach with only our fellow adults-only residents and there was a large rock barrier that made the little cove we swam in very calm and wonderful for snorkeling and fish watching. The water is so crystal clear you don't even need goggles to watch the fish! COVID precautions on the resort are taken seriously as well. Temperatures are taken at every restaurant and guests are requested to sanitize their hands. At the buffet, guests also sanitize before going into the food area. Masks were required anywhere that was crowded, but when lounging at the pool or the beach you could breathe the normal air. This all contributed to what felt like a very safe visit. That said- the food was meh. It was nearly impossible to get a dinner reservation. The only night we actually succeeded in getting a reservation it was at 9pm and the servers wound up closing the restaurant down around us as the appetizers arrived. We ate as quickly as we could, but even so, we could not have our dessert because the kitchen turned everything off. This was a total bummer because it was our friend's birthday dinner and dessert is her favorite part of the meal. We weren't even able to enjoy the part of the meal they brought to the table because we felt we had to rush.

The hotel is luxurious with many large pools and a beautiful beach. My ocean front room was luxurious and very clean. The entire staff very courteous courteous and attentive. The butler service was on point. They made sure you had everything you needed at all times.there are many restaurants and a large buffet with a large variety of foods. Good drinks all day and nights. I will definitely return

This place is clean and beautiful. The people are friendly. However, the food is just ok, not good. We couldn’t get into any of the “nice” places to eat, and when we did it was terrible. No snacks available and any upgraded drinks cost extra. I was hungry and in need of water most of the time.

Property and staff are nice. Buffet food was terrible. Fruit flies on the breakfast fruit and hard uncooked rice for dinner. We stayed in the adults all inclusive side. Was not told the restaurants booked fast on our first day. We tried making a reservation that night everything was completely booked for our whole stay. We had to leave the property to get a decent meal from plantation smokehouse. Taxi cost $70 (usd) for a 15 min drive there and back. Overall great property and staff but definitely need to work on their food, restaurant reservations and notifying guest they book fast and car service system.

A beautiful and fun resort. The beach party is a must. Most of the staff are great especially Holly. She was incredible and made my brother in laws birthday memorable. I would like to see more menu options for the room service. It was quite limited. I did enjoy the food at the buffet and restaurants. Better than most all inclusives I’ve stayed in.
