This was a nice surprise. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

I stayed 4 days at this property. Our room was clean and they also did housekeeping by chnaging our towels 2 days while we were there. Our bed was made and did general cleaning of the bathrooms everything was tidy after our day's hike. We got Room 1 the 1st day checking in i was worried about the possibility of noise being a light sleeper. I was reassured by the lady that greeted us that we would not have such problems. We never did. Very quiet. The restaurant is also a must try if you are there on the days they are open. Awesome place to stay. No complaints.

We were very disappointed with the admin and motel as they were not very helpful. We booked a room with 2 double bed and they refused our booking. It was 7pm at night and we had 2 kids with us and no where to go. It was very sad as the customer service was very bad. I will not recommend this motel.

On our itinerary stated that the check-in time was at 4PM but once we arrived the guy at the front desk was quite rude and told us they opened at 4:30PM. Keep in mind we had driven all the way from Edmonton and were already very tired. It also stated that the front desk would be open from 6AM-11PM but that was not the case. We were told to just drop the keys off in a box they have outside by their main entrance. On the other hand, the older lady that assisted us after that was very pleasant and kind. Overall the stay wasn’t bad.

This was a great place to stay at for a short visit to Waterton Park, which is about 40Km far, but it worked really well for us. The place is clean, comfortable and staff was kind and helpful. I'd stay again.

Stardust - beautiful room

One of the nicest stay’s I have had in years! The motel is darling! The decorations are tasteful and well thought out - to the smallest detail. Service was accommodating and helpful. Very clean! Will stay again, in fact this site will probably be the destination. A lot of effort has been put into this property and it shows :)
