Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Not at the same level as other AMR resorts

This specific Secrets resort wasn’t as good as the one we visited in Cabo San Lucas. Also the people we encountered at the property were slightly different age group (older crowed) and seemed like all of them were from US. The food was very mediocre and the service at the restaurants wasn’t impressive at all. It’s cool that you can use the sister property next door (Dreams). Make sure you do that and check out the dolphins, coconut drinks at the beach bar and the water slide. Overall - we won’t be coming back to this resort. Not worth $550/night.

This property was overall great, delicious food & great costumer service starting from the gulf drivers to the bars & restaurants. David concierge was great, however the rest of front desk is not very knowledgeable & were very stand-offish as we were trying to get more info on the COVID tests. If you can avoid booking through secrets company do it because they were awful. Their new secrets moxche didn’t open in time for our booking so they promised to relocate us here. We were understanding at first but they waited until 2 days before our trip & still no confirmation. Costumer service wouldn’t respond & even calling no one would try to help. It was the most stressful process & I’ll avoid booking this company in the future. Thankful to Expedia team because they are the ones who officially relocated us & no extra charges , they saved our vacation. We made the best at secrets playa mujeres tho, their pool & beach area are gorgeous.

I love the staff friendly, very clean facility, felt very safe. We had great options for food and activities. The beach front was very clean and great service even at the bar. I honestly can't think of anything that I did not like.

The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are amazing! The food is good. The only complain that I have is that their diet cokes are flat. I saw that they use the large plastic bottles. They should invest on soda fountain machines.

We loved our Ocean Front Suite it was beautiful and very large. The beach at this resort is gorgeous and has a sandy bottom great for swimming. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Oceanview Private Pool Suite it was beyond wonderful. The staff at this resort is the best and so attentive to your needs! Special thanks to Marta our beach concierge, Elio, Caterina, Saria, and the staff at the preferred club. We also had wonderful service and food at all of the restaurants especially Ruben at El Patio. I do not want to forget the golf cart drivers so polite and fun!! We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Secrets😍

Food, staff service & convenience was really excellent. Everything was great than my expectations. Especially golf club next to this hotel was wonderful. Only one thing, covid test should be included on the price. $35/each person is expensive.
