Candlewood Suites Eugene Springfield, an IHG Hotel

everything was great but one thing parking you can't find a place to park easy due to people taking up two parking places so you can't park in lot.

Comfortable, soft bed.

The king suite was comfortable and well-equipped. However, this place looks older and more worn out than what you see in the photos. The location is kind of isolated. The nearest area with many shops and restaurants is five miles away.

Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. No complaints.

We appreciated the full sized fridge and the real plates, cups and utensils.

I tried to check in at 3:50 (4:00 check in) and was told my room wasn't ready yet. No problem. When I came back about 30 minutes later, i was told my room was upgraded. However, i went from a king with a river view, to a queen with a parking lot view. The dishwasher was running...was I expected to unload it? There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the whole room, no washcloths, no conditioner. I tried to contact the hotel about my stay, and never heard back. Thankfully the rest of my time in Eugene was fun, otherwise this hotel would've really sealed the deal for never going back to the city. 10/10 would not stay here again.

Our College move in trip brought us to Eugene and our night at the Candlewood suites was a very smooth and comfortable transition for the long drive from Washington. The room was clean, well appointed with a large fridge and little kitchenette area with a full dishwasher and two burner cooktop. We were able to cook a little saving on eating out while we waited for the results of our daughters Covid testing at U of O. The beds and pillows were great and we all got a good night sleep. We will definitely use the Candlewood suites again when we come to visit her another time during her college time at University of Oregon!

Loved the kitchenette. Full stocked wth dishes and utensils. Spacious room with huge executive desk and recliner.

Bathroom light not working. Bathroom sink is not deep enough.

Was not happy with property. Room above me was noisey, blackout shades did not work well and light came in from hallway around frame of entry door. Room was nice but nothing exceptional. For hotel being next to roadway it was noisy.
