Le service à la clientèle est exceptionnel. L’endroit est paisible, calme et se trouve en plein cœur de la zona colonial (ce qui est très pratique). Les chambres sont également bien aménagées. Je recommencerai uniquement au staff de prendre les dispositions nécessaires afin d’éliminer l’odeur de renfermé.

This is a comfortable, friendly inn on a side street near the main pedestrian mall and a few minutes' walk to the heart of the lovely old town. The staff is wonderful: cheerful, helpful, and honestly interested in their guests' welfare. The place itself is quirky, relaxed, and gay friendly. The pool is basically decorative, as others have noted, but the sun deck area on the second floor is a great spot to hang out. I saw other people taking advantage of it all of the time as well, but it was never crowded or loud. While the arranged transport to the airport is not cheap at $40, that seems to be the going rate, and it was certainly convenient. It is a real labor of love to maintain an older property like this one.

Everything was perfect from the day I arrived until the day of my departure. Staff were excellent went out of their way to meet any request. Specially Karen she was superb

The staff was very attentive, overall it was ok, what i didnt like was the charge i had to pay on alcohol that i brought from somewhere else, they want you to buy what they have much more expensive and they dont have a full bar , so your choices are limited. You have to buy what they have or bring yoir own but they will charge you for that

The location is very convenient to Conde street and all the sites, restaurants and stores.
