The check in process was a headache. At check in time they had twenty customers trying to check with only two clerks. It took me almost an hour to be served. But other than that the stay was good.

Get what you pay for.

Last minute booking for an event. We wanted something close by cause we had to be at the event early. They allowed pets and the hallways smelled like wet dog. Bed spread had cigarette holes, the sink coutner top was falling off in the bathroom. They let homeless people stay in rooms there which I wasnt bothered by but they acted like they were at home yelling, cussing in the halls, slamming doors at 12:30 in the morning. I called the front desk about it not sure if they ever came and said anything. At 1:00am I had to finally go out in the hallway and ask the couple who was talking loud outside our door to take their conversation to their room cause we couldnt go to sleep. We had to be at my 12yo old daughters event at 7am for her to preform and we had just drove 3hrs to get there so we were tired. They lady got an attitude with me at first but they ended their conversation at that time only to have a man 15 minutes later in the hallway yelling and slammed doors. I felt dirty sleeping in the bed and was truly worried about getting bed bugs. Will not stay there again.

Booking was made wrong and had to take a different room with smaller beds and less space. No reduced price or apologies for their mistake.

This was a very last minute room choice, out of necessity. I wish I would have just slept at the airport!!!!! I do not recommend staying here!!!

Rough around the edges but, it's clean enough. If you're in town for Carowinds and just need a bed that doesn't have bed bugs and is cheaper than anything else in the area then this is your place.

Check in took over an hour due to errors by staff. Finally the manager corrected the issues and we got a key to an unoccupied room. Location had an odor and wasn’t very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Bath only had one bath size towel. Asked for a couple more and was told to come back and then got an attitude when I did. All around would not recommend. This was the only location we could find in the area that took pets so we stayed the few days we needed the room.

Dog

The hotel was nice and clean but very noisy. We cut our trip short and checked out early because another guest had a dog that kept barking. They offered to move to another room but dog was so loud you could have heard it on all 3 floors. Will not be staying there again.
