The staff, and thats All staff from office to cleaning and everyone in between. You feel like you own a condo at this place. The respect is unbelievable

The workers there are Great !!! :) David and Miriam, wonderful. Cleaning ladies also(just tip 50 pesos/day) and they go above their excellent job already ! pool is clean. Gate is Always locked for security. 24 hr office staff . Great place closed to everything down town with comforts of trees and birds right on the compound. parking on street but very safe !

I didn't like the noisy outdated air conditioner, the noisy overhead fan, or the costly shuttle (taxi) they arranged for us. But mostly that was the worst was the excessive loud music playing across the road till 4 am, as we never slept and had to be up at 4:30 am. I don't recommrend if you want a quiet night.

Its a nice place in the middle of everything nice suits clean and nice size great for longer stay

The Villa Italia in Cancun Center was very nice. But if you want to get some rest, DO NOT stay there on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. It is too close to the Plaza del Toros and it is very LOUD. My wife and I could not fall asleep until 3:30 AM. Then Sunday morning, we were awaken by our neighbors at 8:30AM who decided to play music VERY loud

It is qell worth your money. They take care of you there. They make sure you are happy. A dollar to the workers go a long way.

The rooms were clean, the ac worked great. convenient to all places downtown. Good restaurants nearby. very friendly staff. Not all speak english but Main honchos do.

The suite was comforting! I dined at a nearby restaurant and the food was wonderful.!

Place is a bit hard to find due to poor signage. Is better inside walls than it looks from outside. Staff were very friendly. We parked on side street and our car was safe. Very good bar/restaurant down the road very close. Pool was very refreshing after a long journey.

Great wheater,great location,close to all amenities you may need.
