Needs more improvement!

Our room telephone did not work and we reported it twice and nothing was done! Was told to use my personal cell phone! We stayed 4 nights and we had to ask for clean towels! One coffee Keurig cup when we were 2 adults for the whole stay! We paid more than usual and we had less service! The people at the the reception done nothing! They always told use to see the cleaning people in the hallways! They work so hard! At night time I had to wait 15 minutes at the reception! The person working at the reception was out smoking! I seem to have bothered him! Changing hotels for the next stay in that area!

It is good over all. Nice place near the snowmobile trail easy to get access to gas and food.

Un hotel pratique et utilitaire, bonne valeur

This is a very practical hotel not far off Highway 20; and the cost of this stay was good value. It is useful for major shopping (lots of stores and a shopping mall are nearby) in Rimouski, Qc. It is also practical in winter because it has an attached restaurant (La Cage Brasserie Sportive); and right across the street is a Tim Horton's, for an easy coffee & breakfast sandwich start. Accessible from its parking lot is a gas station and Depanneur Eko - also useful for time and a quick fill-up before departing. Very minor constructive criticisms of this stay: 1. there was no mat or carpet or plastic tray to boot snowy boots on. (Front desk tried to help but could only offer a plastic bag as solution). 2. The three pillows across the Queen bed were pretty large and firm and hard (for our taste) 3. The little fridge (a good thing to have) made a lot of noise at nighttime which bothered my sleep a bit. Because normally a fridge is not close to one's bed! ROOM 1018 - a very good location for parking and unloading and loading luggage via the hotel side door, too.
