Radisson Hotel Denver - Aurora

Chair was broken, but other than that it was perfect!

stay was nice. Bed was hard. Property clean.

Bed was hard and never been rotated which caused it to be way flatter on the headside. It looked tilted. We had to rotate it to make it more balanced on the headrest area. Telephone did not work. We wanted to call the front desk to ask what time the check out was.

The room was fine as it has a bed a shower but that was about it. The room was not the cleanest I have ever been in and only two of the outlets worked. The lap outlets did not work at all and that was frustrating. I also has had to wipe out the shower before using as it had looked used. The front desk was helpful and it was an easy check in so that was good.

The staff is amazing

It was alright , not sure if they cleaned the sheets , they gave me a rash. Room looking at high way lots of noise and you can hear sounds of doors slamming shut. Bring sleep wear and ear plugs

We switched room three times to get a good room. Not the best when you are traveling with kids.

Linens and room had a strong cigarette oder. Housekeeping cleaned our room and trashed our personal Hygiene, they assumed we checked out. They replaced our tooth brushes, but it was an inconvenience. Due to covid all areas including breakfast were closed and all the frozen foods were extremely overpriced. So if you had no means of transpiration, our options were overpriced frozen food or no lunch.

The service was good. The front desk people were helpful. The room was a bit outdated. Tape on the back of the TV remote, the sink in the bathroom leaks, the heater/AC control knob was broken. Just some things we noticed about the room. Overall stay was just okay we’d say.

Was disappointed on arrival they couldnt find my reservations. Then the found it and got us checked in. Then we got to room was a nice clean room.But unfortunately due to the loud noise everytime the heater kicked on and while it ran i couldnt sleep.
