Boutique Pueblo Lindo

El hotel está muy bien situado. Muy cerca del zócalo y a corta distancia de restaurantes y otras atracciones. El hotel en si es muy lindo, la comida muy rica y todos se portaron muy amables. La única queja es que reservamos un cuarto con vista al pueblo pero nos tocó un cuarto que ni ventanas tenia. Cuando preguntamos si nos podían cambiar dos personas diferentes nos dijeron que no tenían cuartos de esa categoría (junior suite) disponible y que para hacer el upgrade a un cuarto mejor teníamos que pagar extra a pesar de que nuestra reservación era con vista al pueblo y ventanas asumo. El hotel no estaba lleno por la contingencia de covid. Yo hubiera entendido si el hotel hubiera estado lleno pero tenían habitaciones con vista al pueblo disponibles. Estoy segura que cómo negocio han perdido dinero pero lo hicieron ver cómo que ganar más dinero era más importante que el servicio al cliente.

It's an amazing place with a great view and excellent restaurant, the food is delicious. The bathroom is small but the bed so confortable.

I love the place, well located just in the middle of everything from Santa Prisca's Church to the Jewelry and silver market. The staff is courteous and professional. Our check in took literally 2 minutes, the room was cozy, clean, has amenities such microwave, refrigerator, iron, iron board, hair dryer. The pool is a really nice feature as well as the hot tub, small gym and spa. Decoration it's colorful and full of pieces of art along the hotel. We love the place and can't wait to return once more.

Un hotel muy bonito y conveniente, con muy buen personal. Lo único que no es tan bueno es lo temprano que termina el room service. El restaurante muy bueno también y la comida bastante rica y con buena relación calidad-porción-precio

The propertyowners need to work in their sewer system. Location is good. No change at the front t desk. Rooftop restaurant is good. Views are good. All staff are very friendly.

Nice little hotel! We enjoyed our stay, even the restaurant is a nice place, the view is amazing!

The check in was good! The view was spectacular. The food was great!! That was it for positives. The pool was not clean and had a film of scum on the surface. The service at the restaurant was awful. We asked the waiter to put two tables together so our party can eat together. He stated they were not allowed yet the table next to us had 2 tables put together, so he agreed reluctantly. He put two tables together that were off about 3 inches in height. He then put a plate in between two tables and we asked if he could put tables of the same height. He took the plates off stormed off to the back went to talk to his coworker and never came back. His coworker was way nicer. The room smelled musty the entire stay and not even with the window did it help. At checkout my luggage was placed too close to the wall that had art on it and I was going to get something from my luggage and the bag had hooked onto the art piece. Part of the art piece shattered and I was charged $310 dollars. Which I would have believed that the hotel would have insurance considering they have expensive art everywhere. They refused to give me the piece I broke and I wanted to take it since they had another broken piece that was never repaired and feared the same would happen to my piece. They took over 4 hours figuring out the amount that was due and delayed my arrival at the next city I was traveling too. I would not stay here again I feel there are many other options without the stress.

Good location. Lovely court yard and pool area. A little noisy during day from traffic.

Beautiful and clean, but the property had some sort of banging noise that would begin at 7:30AM and stop around 10pm. The hot water ran out after about 1 minute of shower time. It would immediately then turn cold. Finally the air conditioning unit was old and made a loud banging noise when set to cooling mode. Everything else was great! Will definitely go back but would like a room higher up in the hotel and with a better cooling system.
