Great customer service, clean, great location and loved the fire pit near the pool!!

My shower add mildew inside and outside the shower wallpaper was falling off the wall in the bathroom. I'm a general contractor and I noticed it's very well a lot of mildew

The parking at this location is terrible. Very clean. Nice staff but didn’t have lot of amenities.

The parking policy/location was a little unclear but the staff was great.

It had all the bells an whistles as a 5 star hotel, me and wife loved our stay

Nice hotel you can tell some upgrades had been made. Checkin was fast and painless.One thing I didnt like was the long walk to the parking deck around the corner considering you have to pay for it it was not complimentary. I was soaked with sweat by the time I made it to my car. Also the walls are very thin which should not be a guest problem. I kept getting noise complaints for having a conversation in the room with only one other person present which really sucked. I should not be penalized for conversing inside my room before midnight didnt know there was no talking after 9 pm mandated. My neighbor was being a baby

Excellent location to the river walk and right downtown in the historic district. Hotel room was very clean. Nice pool area. Would stay here again.
