Hotel Camelia

This is a great value hotel. Reminded me of a motel in USA with a funny personality.

Great rooms, each with its own private garage door that closes for privacy and security.

Good size room , private parking spot with ability to lower a garage door

Never met such poor service and maintenance. We knew what kind of hotel this was (a motel, mostly sought for privacy). We received a junior suite room with a bed arrangement different from what we had reserved. Despite the fact we had corresponded with them that morning, they hadn't bothered to inform us they were giving us a different room because the reserved room had a jacuzzi malfunction. When we asked for the correct type of beds, they offered us two regular adjoining rooms. Then came a series of unbelievable blunders. The first alternative room was occupied. Please remember this is partly a love hotel, not a place one is eager to step into someone else's room. Then they gave us two rooms where the air-conditioning and temperature were unbelievably hot in mid August. Finally, at 9 pm we agreed to take two adjoining rooms, one of which was a smoking room, with the opposite room experiencing a water flooding, with water spreading to the corridor carpet. Malfunctions do occur, but I would expect that if you are asked to accept a room different than one you reserved, then the reception should make every effort to give you an equal, or better room. Not tire you with such sn unbelievable series of changes.

Loved the car parking right in front of the room. Loved spacious and comfortable rooms, shower was amazing. Good breakfast. Nothing at all to dislike.

Unique. Fun. Cool. Liked the shower window into the bedroom and the changing colored lights.

The property was an excellent place to recover after a long flight from Australia. Clean room, beautiful amenities, amazing bath tub and lovely breakfast. Thank you

Excellent location from main road into Milan. Great having private parking space right outside room. Quiet. Only negative is the bed was very very firm to sleep on.

Clean easy check in. Garage for car awesome would recommend. Good price

Don’t stay here if you are looking for accommodations close to the airport. Website listed “airport shuttle” did not exist. The town that this hotel is in was shut down at night with road blocks at most roads coming into/out of the city. Had to follow locals driving AROUND the physical barriers on the grass/gravel to get through. Receptionist barely speaks English, too. Imagine trying to communicate road blocks into the city and expressing concern about being able to drive out to the airport on time.
