Hotel Garau

Could be great hotel but let down by staff and mostly the noise...can hear every sound and drunk groups of youths coming in through night..when speak to staff all you get is a smile and apology...if staying here pack earplugs and even then I probably wouldn’t bother, also cleaning..that’s just changing towels nothing more! Very disappointing and shattered to boot 😴

We were 2 couples, stayed for 3 nights last week. The best value for money hotel we have stayed in. Staff were excellent as were the continental breakfasts. The location is first class. Arenal is a good starting off point for exploring Majorca. Buses into Palma every 15 minutes only 1euro 50cents. Lots of restaurants to eat in. We would definitely stay here again

Nice hotel for low costs. Sometimes in the night a little bit loud, but it was okay. Breakfast also good for this cheep price.

Très bon séjour en dehors que de voir des gens à la réception nous aurait fait plaisir... Niveau propreté au top nous avons bien dormi et un balcon très spacieux le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il n'y a pas de volets pour la lumière et que les rideaux laisse encore rentré du jour.... car la lumière sur le balcon ne s'éteint pas le seul inconvénient

Man muss sich die Bilder sehr genau anschauen, will man herausfinden, was man eigentlich gebucht hat. Die Betten sehen größer aus als in der Realität. Da es keine Klimaanlage und keine Möglichkeit für Durchzug gab, kann es verdammt heiß werden. Zimmer und Bad waren recht beengt, aber auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht und für einen Preis von ca. 45 € noch gerade so ok. Das Prozedere von Check-In/Check-Out lief reibungslos und der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber und da wir Corona-bedingt keine Nachbarn hatten, war es auch sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt zentral in El Arenal in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Gute Anbindung zum Bus. Einen Parkplatz zu finden, ist eher schwierig.

wir waren während corona da. das preis-/leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar. abwicklung sehr unkompliziert, sehr freundliches personal. gute zimmerausstattung. das einzige, was man als negativ bezeichnen könnte wäre die ringhörigkeit. aber wenn man am ballermann urlaub macht, sucht man ja nicht unbedingt ruhe und erholung. 😉 kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 😄
