Everyone was so nice and wonderful!

The Property was very easy to find, we were traveling without GPS and the road ended and there was the property. There was an annoying man outside wanting to get paid for helping your park your car out front, the property should do something about this cause he's aggressive and shouldn't be there. We had a great view of the port which was massive and insane and the water as well. Overall had a good experience.

Great value for the price. We would stay here again for sure.

By far the best hotel in Buenaventura, It was a really good experience the staff members were friendly and ready to help, they offer good food and free late check out, which is a plus when traveling with kids.

Hotel well located very clean and comfortable. Reception staff could be more friendly some were others quite ignorant. Same with the restaurant staff some good others not! Overall I would recommend the hotel ...

I have stayed at this hotel several times. it's a nice newer hotel located in the heart of a vibrant port city. the hotel is clean with a nice outdoor pool and bar on the top floor. some of the staff speaks English and are very friendly and helpful. I always stay in the junior suites they are large rooms with lots of extras. the windows are sound proof which really helps since there is a lot of noise coming from the streets. Very good restaurants within walking distance with a newly renovated boardwalk nearby and lots of shopping nearby as well. you can also book a day trip to one of the nearby beaches. I wouldn't venture too far off into the neighborhoods since there is always the potential to be a victim of crime like it is in anywhere you go
