It was absolutely awesome. Customer service was the best. The location to everything was very walkable.

The staff was fantastic and the location was very convenient. The only issue was the $25 daily fee that was not disclosed. It is not on the hotels.com site and it was not disclosed when they took my credit card upon arrival. When I asked about it, I was told it was for "amenties on the property."

Quiet due to Covid but service was great and restaurants open for business.

This is the third time we've stayed at the Williamsburg Lodge so that should tell you something. The place is in a fantastic location (literally a 2 minute walk to the main street in Colonial Williamsburg and about 5-10 minutes from the W&M campus). Free on-site parking makes things even more convenient. The rooms are kept in great shape and are spacious and clean. Check-in has always been straightforward and efficient. The dining options (during COVID) were sufficient with take-out possible. Everyone on staff was "masked up" and almost all of the guests were. My partner and I stayed away from all the common areas. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Worth staying on property. Walking distance to DoG street. We traveled with dogs and had no issues. They do charge a $75 fee but it was so much nicer and more comfortable then others we have stayed at. Wanita our housekeeper was wonderful and took great care of us. We go to Williamsburg often but this was our first time at the lodge. We will be back.

The room was spotless and spacious. We had trouble with the heat the first night - they fixed it the next day but then it would not adjust down

Lovely place and really excellent staff. The housekeeping team stopped by shortly after we checked in to make sure we were happy with our room - very thoughtful.

Very nice hotel and so convenient to be only 1 block from Colonial Williamsburg. Hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast on site.

Location. Access to shuttle bus for Colonial Williamsburg. Great staff, front desk folks were welcoming, and, especially the maintenance man, who fixed an A/C problem in our room the same day. Best place to stay when visiting CW.

Perfect location in walking distance of shopping, breweries/food, and colonial Williamsburg historic sites.
